Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZenTrading (“the Service”) at zentrading.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

ZenTrading is an AI-powered stock research platform that generates plain-English analysis of publicly traded securities using large language models. The Service includes:

• On-demand stock, ETF, and market analysis
• Financial news summaries and commentary
• Watchlist management and saved report archive
• Shareable research reports

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis or market data.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit or rate limits is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

Credits are the in-app currency used to run analyses. Credits are:

• Non-refundable. Purchased credits cannot be refunded once bought, except where required by applicable law.
• Non-transferable. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
• No cash value. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No expiry. Credits do not expire while your account remains active.

Starter credits (granted on signup) and referral bonus credits are subject to the same terms. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for different analysis types.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

• Referral bonuses are granted once per referee account. Referring yourself or creating accounts solely to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to claw back referral credits if abuse is detected.
• Referral bonus amounts may change at any time for new referrals.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security measures
• Use automated tools to generate analyses at scale (bots, scripts)
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated analyses without attribution
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to manipulate the rate-limiting or credit systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

All analyses are generated by large language models (including Anthropic’s Claude). AI-generated content:

• May contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information
• Does not reflect real-time market conditions unless explicitly noted
• Should not be the sole basis for any investment decision

You take full responsibility for how you use any analysis produced by the Service.

When you make a report “public” via the share feature, you grant ZenTrading a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that report to anyone with the link. You can revoke this at any time by making the report private in your history.

Do not share reports containing information you consider confidential or that you do not have the right to share.

The ZenTrading brand, design, and underlying software are owned by ZenTrading and protected by intellectual property law. AI-generated analysis text is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual reports via the built-in share feature with proper attribution to ZenTrading.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenTrading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, loss of data, or lost profits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@zentrading.space. Unused paid credits are non-refundable on termination unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenTrading is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
