ZenTrading (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website at zentrading.space. We provide AI-powered stock research tools for informational purposes only. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

When you create an account

We collect your email address when you sign in via Google or a magic link. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment details directly — payments are handled by Stripe (see below).

When you use the service

• Your questions and analyses. The text you submit and the AI-generated responses are stored so we can show you your history and let you share reports.
• IP address. Used to enforce daily free-question limits and for basic abuse prevention. Not sold or shared for advertising.
• Device and browser type. Collected from User-Agent headers for aggregate analytics (e.g. “60% of visitors use mobile”). Not used to fingerprint individuals.
• Usage events. We log which types of analyses you run (stock, news, concept) and approximate response times. No message content is included in these logs beyond what you submitted.

When you make a payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount — we never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address.

• To store your analysis history and let you share reports
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To process credit purchases and apply referral bonuses
• To send transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, payment receipts) — never marketing emails without your consent
• To monitor service health and debug errors

We do not sell your data, use it to train AI models, or share it with advertisers.

We use the following services to operate ZenTrading. Each processes limited data as described:

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.

We retain your account data and analyses for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual analyses from your history at any time. To request full account deletion, email support@zentrading.space and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Aggregate, anonymised usage logs (no email, no question text) may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to:

• Remember your most recent chat session so it survives a page refresh
• Store a pending referral code while you complete sign-in

TradingView embeds may set their own cookies when you view a chart. We do not control these.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we erase your account and associated data
• Portability — receive your analysis history in a machine-readable format

ZenTrading is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of ZenTrading after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
